Anna it was a pleasure working with you and the other girls Irina and Karina. I had a fair time in Odessa but a great time in Nikolaev.
As this was my second tour (1st was in Oct 03 to Moscow and St. Pete.) It was amazingly like the first.
It was well run and organized as it should be after so many tours. Once we were met at the airport at Odessa everything went along fine. I have done a lot of international traveling on my own without using a tour and Anastasia does make it very simple and easy. All you have to do is make sure you wake up when you are supposed to, get dressed and you guys pretty much took care of the rest. At first I did not like the idea of 3 socials in a row made it a little hard to catch my breath but it was the right thing to do.
Hotel and ground transportation was excellent (as was the blonde from the bus company who oversaw the buses). I felt the food at the Hotel was very good with plenty of variety.
The socials were good although many of the guys felt a little overwhelmed in the 1st and 3rd social with the place packed with women before we got there, but hey we are there to meet women so I had no complaints.
The short tours around the city are a good idea as they give one a little breathing room to relax without feeling like you are wasting your time and although I did not use them for this purpose they are an excellent low key date for someone who has met a girl who does not speak a lot of english.
I think the tour is the only way to go initially to any area. Once you have been there and have a feel for it you can go back on your own but the socials really help you to find what you are looking for.
The most important thing to remember is you are looking for the right woman (you will meet a lot of women if you want to)so do not get too depressed if you do not find her at the 1st or 2nd social because like me you might find her at the last moment of the last social as I did.
